The reason I chose to pursue my MBA in Business administration is to further my education to be a foundation for my ultimate goal. Which is to run my own practice as a Clinical Psychologist. I wanted to learn the in’s and outs of business in order to be successful.
Personal and professional strengths and weaknesses you believe you bring to the graduate experience:
weaknesses I have is being able to manage my time is going to be very difficult for me this time around. I currently am to be promoted at work in a more demanding role in management. I will be responsible for the development of others under me. Stepping in to this new role and managing my time and giving my best in all aspects of my life is something I will have to learn to manage. My strengths are that I have the drive and ambition to see things through. I have my family as a huge motivation. I have to set the standard by leading by example. This alone is what pushes me in my school journey.
Your expectations for program performance:
My expectations are to be able to learn further advanced knowledge of Business management. From my previous experience at AIU. I learned throughout the program. Situational issues at work, that I was able to apply to myself. In developing my soft skills and technical skills. How to look further in demographics on culture and how it can affect others.
Anticipated goals for use of the degree upon completion:
As I mentioned above I plan on using my degree to be the core foundation of how to run my business as a Clinical Psychologist. In the mean time; I plan on utilizing my degree in furthering my other business ventures and ideas. As well as my current career making me more desirable against other competitors when furthering my current career.
