James, a 37-year-old male, seeks help for recovering from recurrent bronchitis following pneumonia. He had influenza three months ago and subsequently developed bacterial pneumonia, requiring 2 rounds of antibiotics. Although he cleared pneumonia 2 months ago, he has since experienced persistent fatigue, muscle weakness, digestive issues, and a general feeling of being unwell. He recently had two episodes of bronchitis with symptoms such as fatigue, malaise, chills, dry cough, and soreness in the trachea and upper bronchus areas. He visited urgent care, where a normal chest X-ray ruled out pneumonia. James
